Start with a domain name, which is your website address, and a hosting plan, which provides space for its files and databases. You will also need your website content or a site built with your chosen software. Order your domain and hosting together, or connect a domain you already own.
How do I choose the right hosting plan?
Start with the number of websites you want to host, then compare disk space, monthly bandwidth and email accounts. Consider how much content you expect to publish and whether your site has specific software requirements. Share those requirements with us if you need help choosing.
Can I keep my existing domain?
Yes. Enter your existing domain when ordering hosting. After activation, your client area will show the hosting nameservers to set at your current registrar. Your domain registration can remain with that registrar.
What happens after I place an order?
Your order creates an invoice with payment instructions. Follow those instructions and submit your transaction reference. Our team verifies payment and completes activation. You can follow the status in your client area; placing an order alone does not activate hosting or reserve a domain.
Can you help me move an existing website?
Contact us before ordering with your current platform, website size and email requirements. We can review what is involved and explain the available assistance, any costs and the steps needed for your move.
How do renewals and plan changes work?
Your client area shows your service dates and lets you request a renewal invoice. Pay and submit your reference before the due date to allow time for processing. For a different plan or additional resources, open a support ticket so we can review the change with you.
