The essentials of ordering and managing your GoWorld Servers services.
Your order creates an invoice. Hosting and domains remain pending until payment is verified and the hosting server or registrar confirms activation. A domain search or order does not reserve a domain. Premium names and registry eligibility requirements may need a separate quote or review.
Your invoice states the currency, amount and billing period. New hosting orders use the current published price; existing hosting retains its agreed recurring amount. Domain renewal prices are those published when the renewal invoice is created. Pay before your due date. Expired domains may require additional registry fees or may no longer be recoverable.
Keep your contact details accurate and your login secure. You are responsible for the websites, data and email you place on your hosting, including maintaining your own backups. Do not use the service for unlawful activity, abuse or interference with other users.
Request hosting cancellation from your service details or contact billing through a support ticket. Ask billing about disputed payments, cancellation timing or refunds before taking further action. A cancellation request is reviewed by the team before your service changes.
GoWorld Servers stores your account and contact details, orders, service records, invoices, transaction references and support conversations to deliver and manage your services. Domain registration shares required registrant details with eNom and the relevant registry. Hosting creation shares account details with the assigned DirectAdmin server. This application stores no card numbers. Session cookies keep you signed in and protect forms.
When enabled, our first-party analytics records visits to public pages so we can understand popular pages and hosting plans. A browser identifier cookie lasts up to 90 days from your latest tracked visit. We record general device and browser categories, referral hostnames, selected campaign tags and country when a local lookup is available. Analytics records do not contain raw IP addresses, account identities, passwords, searched domain names or private client-area content. Page-view records are kept for 365 days and removed through routine maintenance. We respect Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control signals. Browsers that block tracking may not be counted.
